End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Grant of License
This End-User License Agreement grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Smart Money Tracker strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
3. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the developer. The developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties.
